RC injectors from Greddy kit
can they be used without the blue box? Is the stock ECU ok to run them, or do i need Hondata or sumpthin'? i'm gonna do it tomorrow, but wanted to know if anyone has tried it before i waste my time.
1. I am almost positive you can run them without the blue box.
2. You can probable run them with the stock ecu, but how are you going to adjust the fuel maps?
3. it would be better if you had a hondata or other ems
HOWEVER, how are you going to increase the fuel when the boost kicks in? That is what the blue box is for. You need something to control your fuel to adjust when boost kicks in. If you have a S/V-AFC you could do the "hack" and that would help.
Overall you need something to control your fuel, injectors will work fine by themself, but the amount of fuel needs to be controlled.

i'm currently using a vortech Boost dependant refulator and a walboro 225 GPM pump for fuel. gonna try the blue box again cuz im too poor for a Hondata just now.
