Does anyone know the horsepower limit of RC 550's on a JDM GSR? I am currently making 275whp on 7psi and want to shoot for 350-375whp. I searched but could not find an answer. I am also tuned on NepTune, so I do not have the software to see what my current duty cycle is.

I've seen 550's carry over 300 with a bump in fuel pressure, but I would recommend a bigger injector for your goal. When you can see the duty cycle, try to stay around 60% and the injectors will thank you.

 

My buddy did 400Hp on a GSR 81mm 60-1 turbo

 

They are rated to around 380hp according to precisions website, but i am assuming that is at 100% duty cycle.

 

350-400hp is a good range for those injectors, depending on fuel pump/base pressure/desired afr..

 

Personally seen RC 550s max out at 341whp.
Since when did you go turbo?

 

my 550cc hit 89%duty cycle at 18 psi at 8000rpm with an 18g turbo. never dynoed but should make 340whp.

 

I've been boosted for a year and a half, and now getting bored at the 275whp level...

i stopped using them at 275 at the wheel. i rev to 8700 rpm and revs also kill duty cycle
