Well i don't troll honda tech... so im not even sure this a common setup...
Made 347 when i had it tuned.
I was thinking about putting a JDM B18c head on it with skunkproseries stage 3 cams and buddyclub spring retainers and valves on it. Or swaping out the block with my jdm b18c block with stock internals.

347whp is begging for disaster on stock internals. Might want to drop the boost down about 2 psi.

A pistons/rods setup or sleeved block would be next on the list, IMO. or just buy a second block and start building a motor while you wait for this one to blow.

What makes you think your setup is uncommon? Thats a basic setup.

My car made 348whp on 18psi, it's been daily driven for the last 16,000 miles and beat on regularly.....

But I'll agree a rod/piston bottom end or sleeved block is a better option.
