I was just wondering where the best place to tap into vacum is. I have mine taped off a small nipple on the back of the throttle body......but it is far from my wastegate and BOV so my lines are really long. Is this a problem or issue......I was thinking about taping off the power brake booster and setting up one of those vacum port setups. Also does the inner diameter of the vacum lines matter....I have a couple large and a couple fairly small......is it bad to mix??

I have one T on the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line and one on the EVAP line. I'd stick with the same diameter hose for all. Everything on my car is the small vacuum line. Just my #.02

Does anyone know where I can get one of those vac. blocks or whatever they are called. Ive seen pics before of guys who have on vac tap off the brake booster and then a sort of port thing where they can tap vac for whatever they need.

 

GE makes a nice one.
