Default Radiator problem ...

Hi...when I boost at 15 psi for a couple of second, sometimes water come out from my white bottle ( left to the radiator when facing the engine bay... 95 Honda this is the overflow bottle ) and spray the windshield on the passenger side...the water come by the wind I think...

So I have a bigger radiator with a 13lbs cap on it ... is it suffisant or this is not the problem....maybe I put too much water in the radiator ? Maybe it is a blown head gasket...I use Honda head gasket and ARP head stud... and I done this a few weeks ago....

Some one could help me ????

Thanks !

Usually that is a sign of a blown headgasket. Have you tuned your car for 15psi on the dyno? Or are you just going around boosting 15psi? If so, then you most likely are detonating and have done internal damage or a blown headgasket. However, it could be a faulty thermostat, radiator cap, or a sign your radiator fans aren't turning on. Either way, you have pressure in your lines.

The best thing to do is run your car until the fan comes on twice and the thermostat opens up WITHOUT the radiator cap on the radiator. Once you see the coolant starting to flow at a decent level, put the new radiator cap on. Wait a minute then bleed any air from the thermostat housing.

your radiator may be to full or unable to handle the thermal load of your engine. How hot are you running?

yes the car has been tuned in a dyno... When I blown my head gasket it was because the coolant was passing between the head and the gasket...the pass of water in the head just lift under pressure ... it was weird...

I have a bigger radiator but maybe the IC do not let the air pass enought ...

How long were you driving around with a blown headgasket for? Did you have the deck of the head/block checked at a machine shop?

yes my head and block are straight... Now im not sure that the head gasket is blown... There is the problem...

my plug have no sign of coolant or anything but as I said there is coolant poping of the overflow can when I boost at 15psi in high load and speed... maybe it blow again...
