Default Quick Turbo Exhaust Question

I'm gunna get a 3" system, no doubt about that. I was just wondering if you guys run high flow cats, or a test pipe. Is there really that much of a power difference?

Thanks.

A high flow cat in my opinion is better becuase you can hook up your o2 sensor and not throw a check engine light. I good high flow cat will not create hardly any more back pressure than a stright pipe.
