Quick timing question. Brain Fart

When setting the timing do I shoot for the white or the red line? I am thinking it is the white line. Let me know

White. Red is TDC.

cool thanks. I was moving the dis back and forth and could not get close to the red mark so I was like it has to be the white mark. Thanks for the quick responce.
