Default valve spring specs

does anyone have a link to honda valve spring pressures?specifically all b-series.just curious.thanks!

Bump, but I'd also like to know the SOHC specs. Are they listed in Helms? Mine is in pdf format and I can't really look through it right now. At work.

did this years ago , forget but think it was around: seated pressure might be around 130lbs, open might be around 150lbs at proper installed height, thumb rule is add 1 lb pressure to the spring per psi of boost you plan on running to compensate for float.

Are you sure that boost causes valve float? I'm pretty sure that it doesn't.

no boost doesnt cause float, you need to up your spring rates anyway.

no way its that high, even the stiffest aftermarket honda stuff you can buy is 95-100lbs at the seat, and most is in the 75-85 range.
