hey everyone, my question is do i need a missing link? i have a check engine light on with no codes on my ecu. also a lil studdering when i hit the gas.. i heard these are all signs of the map sensor so i would need the missing link. i have a full chipped pm6 with turbo edit from xenocron.com. i guess what im asking is do i need a missing link if i have a chiped ecu? thanks in advanced...

no you dont need a missing link, your map sensor needs to be able to tell the ecu, if it see's boost or not... to give it the proper fueling/


what is your CEL for?

sounds like you need to get a tuneup. and possibly check the tps for correct voltage.

 

ok thanks.. i think it might be on bc i see a code 10 on the ecu which is the idel temp sensor.. and ya i have a tune up and correct volts to the tps. thanks again.
