quick question ...max rev manifold??

Default quick question ...max rev manifold??

i juts got mine , and i have seen some pics with lines cut on the mounting flange and some without...is that something mine should have or have done to it? thx guys

i think they are for heat expansion...look back to the old max-rev posts i remember this was in there

correct. the lines you are talking about are for heat expansion. the flange and the manifold itself are made of mild steel and stainless steel respectively. One "grows" at a faster rate than the other when heated. In order to not have flange sealing problems I would cut the reliefs, in fact I did on my own manifold, it can't really hurt.
