This says no. With normal fuel pressure...

 

You're pushing it with 450cc DSM injectors for 280whp unless you raise fuel pressure above 43.5psi which is not the best idea.

Shortanswer: Yes.. IF you raise fuel pressure (not recommended)
No.. BUT you'll come pretty close to that, (about 250-260) safely.
