Re: quick FMU question! (NYb16)
If you have the kit it will be the 3rd from the largest. The largest is the 12:1, the 2nd largest 10:1, 3rd largest 8:1 and so on. Happy boosting

this 8:1 disk and 310 injector combo...does it require a fuel controller to make it run decent or will it work fine without the controller? open to anyone with the answer!

Re: quick FMU question! (automatic hustler)
I have the VAFC....not installed though....
But i have the 310s and the 12:1 and i used to run fine, now my car runs like crap, it bogs, hesitates, chokes, gags, etc etc. i am getting roughly 4 mpg. My engine is getting so much fuel that it is choking itself. so im gonna try to switch my disc, but it USED to work fine, for about 4,000 miles. so i dont know whats up, im gonna switch the disc see if that helps, if not then my FMU is stuck, i assume open? or is it closed? anyone with insight?

in order from biggest to smallest
12:1, 10:1, 8:1, 6:1, 4:1
And you use the ring which fits the best with the disc you use

I still think your FMU is locked open. When you take the FMU apart to change the disc, make sure that the cylinder slides smoothly in the sleeve.

Be aware that when you raise your your fuel pressure, the volume of fuel the pump can flow drops. Check out http://www.hondata.com/techfuelpump.html
