Default boost problem maybe fuel problem

I have 310cc injectors, msd inline fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator , and a 12:1 fmu. My question is are all of these componants the right thing for my turbo appplication? Before I put the fmu on the car I could stomp it in third gear and it would fly, but when I start out in first and second the car would hesitate and bog down, I just can't figure it out. It's pretty fustrating and pretty damn scary to know that I might blow up my car tuning it and that was before i added the fmu. Since I added the fmu the car doesn't want to run at all. Please help!!!!! I'm running 7pounds of boost with intercooler and 1g bov.

310's and a 12:1 seems a bit rich to me...

I assume that you have the Vortech FMU. If so, get yourself a 5:1 disk set. They work great with the 310's.

do you think even without the fmu i'm still running rich and maybe i need to put the factory 240cc injectors back in with the 12;1 fmu?

You will be running rich at idle and low throttle conditions, but lean at full throttle. I would say get an 8:1 disk and an AFC to trim fuel at idle. Right now you would probably be better off with the stock injectors until you can get a different disk for the FMU.
