I bet u would have more problemes with the AEM than hondata.

more info on the engine and setup would help, but a boost leak wont make it bogg.

Make sure ur not boosting more than u dyno'd. The tuner prolly set a boost cut.

Well, its just like all the info I had searched on here. It only happens when the Vtec cross over and boost comes in. 5000-5500 rpm and it beings to pop and bogg. I will not rev it beyond that point.
Its also misfiring at idle as well (slightly, smells rich as compared to before)
Vehicle drives fine till the cross over occurs.
I would think its the ignition system, but everything is new when installed, all original honda parts too besides the MSD coil, cap is a 95 prelude H22.
Motor setup is LS-V with Full-Race turbo GT kit.
Gm 3 bar map is wired up correctly and working with no bad contacts. Motor is healthy with less than 5%leakdown in all cyl and pulling 21 in/hg.

I was told boost cut was set at 21psi, but pops like a ****** before boost even builds.....
It had drove fine after the tune, why all of a sudden this??
spark plug gaps are good too .026" and new(same types as when tuned)
Well, I'm kinda clueless for now, more info will be greatly appriecieated!! I'm leaning towards the Hondata though 85% at this time due to all the symptoms given by other H/T members when I'd searched....
