Questions regarding a replacement motor in my hatch? Turbo ls/vtec blown
Spun a bearingin #4 should i concerned about metal shavings in the turbo? The ls/vtec had a compression ratio of about 10:1, hondata, T3TO4E Garrett, 8psi on low boost, JE and Crower set up, not sleeved. If i was to replace the setup (since it is currently busted) will a stock Gsr motor suffice? Swapping the motors today regardless, just curious if i can leave it turbo for the time being?

I wouldn't see why you would if you had an oil filter on the motor, seeing as how all of the oil has to go to that before it goes to the turbo unless you have a fitting to go straight off the oil pump.
