question on injectors

Default question on injectors

hi i have a drag3 turbo kit i bought some rc310cc and installed them, and im running real rich. im only @6lbs. i also bought a boost controller, should i install that and up the boost???? will this help with the lean, or should i take the injectors out and put it all back in when i get the hondadata??? 94 ls integra turbo

Upping the boost might "help" the rich situation a little too much... I think the best thing for you to do would be to get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and reduce your fuel pressures. Out of curiosity, is your "rich" reading based on an Air/Fuel gauge or on a wideband O2 meter at a dyno?

your probably running rich at idle but when on boost your not.

thats exactly whats happing, and some times lots of liquid comes out the exhaust

well the reason for this is that your still using the stock ecu and that was not programmed for 310's. I guess you could get yourself a apex afc and elimate some fuel at idle BUT I would recommend you go for an aftermarket programmable ECU.

well i don't care much for the hondata's. I would personally use a dfi, haltech, tec 2 or 3 if it's out, or AEM.

The aem would be my first choice though.

Did you remember to replace the 12:1 disc with an 8:1 in your FMU? Thats your problem!

DAM... 12:1 You don't need that much!!! 110psi !!! IF your running that much you should definitely change it.
