Default question for boosted h22 ludes

Hey guys, I asked this before ( a very long time ago!!)but I can't remember what thread it was in!

On the stock intake tube there is a little vaccum line that runs out to what looks to be some sort of valve or something. It's the not the breather tube, it's a lot smaller and is pretty much located at the top of the stock intake tube right before the throttle body. I think it goes to the IACV but I may be wrong on this.

On my last setup I just left this disconnected and uncapped so I'm wondering what exactly are you supposed to do with this vaccum line. Are you supposed to plug it back in or just leave it out? And if you just leave it unplugged, do you just leave it uncapped?

I thought that line runs straight into the breather on the valve cover?
Not sure

It's been awhile since my h22 days, so i am not certain on this, but I think i recall the IAB vacuum source coming from pre throttle body vacuum. I can check my Helms when I get home.

IACV does not use vacuum.

if it's not the iacv then it might just be a cold start valve or something
