I live in GEORGIA(atlanta) and just got my 95 civic turboed. I have to pass emissions soon and was wondering how anyone does this my setup is as follows....

14b turbo
hx manifold
custom piping
Uberdata
450cc injectors
tanabe catbac exhaust
6 lbs of boost...
I have an SAFC to put on it this weekend....and it is running rich as is right now....

what do I need and or need to do to get this thing to pass emissions.... there is no visual inspection only gas cap, muffler, catalytic convertor check, and a run on the dyno.

any help appreciated.

i liv ein ohio and we have emmisions too.. andi have a SOHC -t setup too. i had to register my car out of my county.
