Default question about a T3

can i rotate my whole bearing section of my turbo? the water ins and outs are on top and bottom instead of the oil in and outs, so can i rotate the bearing section, or should i rotate the compression and exhuast housing, if i have to rotate the two housings do i undo the bolts holding the two housing and turn them? clockwise? counter clockwise?
thanks guys

Yes you can rotate the bearing housing. Just loosen the bolts and rotate

The exhaust side can be a pain in the *** to get rotated. First losen all the bolts on the exhaust side and tap the exhaust side out/away from the middle. Then put the ex. side in a vice and use a really big plumbing wrench and rotate the middle section.
