Default Question about nitrous solenoid

I have a Nitrous Express purge solenoid.. Can that be used as a nitrous solenoid for the car.. I know all the rest I need(fuel noid, jets, ect) but I didnt know if the purge can deliver the flow that the regular noids can.. I would think that the purge noid would be a higher flow so that it would work just find but I wanted to get another opinion..

Well, like you said, it might not allow the same volume of nitrous to flow like the bigger solenoid would. So basically your N2O/Fuel mixture is going to be off. But hey, try it and see what happens.

Well for the single nozzle shots I am seeing that most of the noids are smaller ones.. I am going to guess and say that since I have a jet in there I cant flow too much nitrous only not enough.. And since im getting a real fuel solenoid for the fuel then the worst thing that can happen is that the purge solenoid is the bottleneck and it doesnt flow enough nitrous and I run rich, correct?

That solenoid most likely is a .078" orifice solenoid which is the same as the NOS powershot (and similar) solenoids. It should flow enough to support at least 150hp.
