Default question about my turbo gsr

ok, I've had a 98 gsr for about 6 months. the body has 240k on it and the motor supposedly had new rings, rods, bearings, and valves about 4 months ago. Ive had the head apart and the valves were clearly replaced but as for the rest i can't know for sure. Ive just finished purchasing my turbo setup. Im going to run a precision sc4431e on 8psi and am taking the head off for a block guard and a cometic head gasket. Full 3' thermal exhaust ect. I just did a compression test and have 210 across the board. I hope to make near 300 whp on this setup. my question is, do you think it will handle it?
any input is greatly appreciated
