Question about the H22 sleeves
I was just wanting to find out if there is anyway that you can put new forged pistons and rods in a H22 block without replacing the sleeves? I know that they are nikaseal (sp?) coating on the sleeves. Just wondering.
Thanks

I know this, but it's the same scenario.
weisco claimed that they had came out with a piston that could
be used with FRM sleeves, but they didn't hold up

Re: Question about the H22 sleeves (SKDRCR)
If you took time you would know that the real story behind that block is that the piston to wall clearance was incorrect causing scorching on the block.. Please dont just post pics up and assume cause that is what helps with the mis information.
If you have concerns about weisco pistons or new rings look here..
