Default question about garrett turbo

i have a brand new garrett. the inlet side is stamped .42 a/r m24. the outlet side is stamped 1.32 a/r. is this normal? i dont know a lot about turbo's at the moment but i've never seen such a big difference in inlet and outlet sizes. can anyone please tell me roughly what kind of power this turbo should make? im guessing it should spool quickly with such a small inlet. it's going on a jdm zc with vitara pistons and stock rods, just a temporary setup, so i dont want to push anymore than 190-200 hp. i'll get pics as soon as i can. thanks for any help

This looks almost like a SAAB replacement, but you need to measure the wheels themselves to know power potential. But from the looks of it, it can maybe do 250hp or so on most B series and D series engines.
