Question about Compression numbers
If you have seen my other topic this one is related.
I just got my turboed GSR compression tested and here are the numbers starting from the distributer(left to right).
160,180,200,220
So now that you know this, what does it mean? Could it be a blown headgasket? My car does overheat. If it is my rings, i thought that i should be getting a lower number than 160, like 80 or something. Any suggestion would help.

Well thanks for the reply. I was starting to think that no one likes me... I guess i'll take pics and post and let everyone know.
YOUR PROBLEM IS A LEAKING HEADGASKET THATS WHY YOUR CAR IS OVERHEATING AND THAT WHY U ARE GETTING DIFFERRENT NUMBERS , BECAUSE IF IT WAS YOUR VALVES OR RING U WOULD PROBABLY GET 40 - 35 - 88 - 110 ECT.... U KNOW... TRY DOING A LEAKEGE TEST WITH A ( LEAKEGE TESTER ) .... GOOD LUCK
even if the rings were bad
you can still get good compression
i had my ringlands cracked in 4 diff spots
still got perfect compression
