Question
Recently I buy One of those T3/T4 turbo kits on ebay, also I buy a B18C with JE Forged Piston, Eagle Rods and Darton Sleeves...How many psi I can run safetly? With a chip on my P28 enought for setting???

ebay kits usually are crap. (low quality manifold, turbo etc)
IF your block has forged internals and darton sleeves: sky is the limit with psi / power. assuming the fuel & timing is adjusted properly through dynotuning.
Regardless of what you do, you need to get it dynotuned with proper engine management (hondata, uberdate, crome, AEM etc.).
i recommend you search around cuz theres plenty of info available on this site
