Default qucik question about installing a inline manifold.

im in the process of installing my inline pro manifold now and was wondering do i put the manifold in first or do i bolt in the turbo with the manifold then put it in my car. my car is with ac so either way seems a bit hard for me to put/tighten the bolts. thanks in advance...

I think the easiest way to go about doing it would be to bolt the turbo to the manifold then attach it to the motor.
