Default quad stage boost controller

just wanted to verify before i make anymore progress. im running a dual wastegate setup i have 2x 9psi springs in each wastegate. i want to run 9psi in first 14-15 in second, 18-20 in third. and 30+ in fourth. will the turbo xs quad stage boost controller allow you to more than double the wastegate spring? so will i be able to run 9psi and 30+psi on the same springs? or would i be limited to double the springs at 18psi?

if it wont do it are there any boost controllers that can do this for me?

you should be able to go over 30 psi with your setup, I know I have in 5 different cars 1 of them with 2 wastegates, with 9 psi springs...
