Default Q?: Built Head w/GSR Cams or Stock Head w/Cams for Low Boost

Tough decisions.
I'll just get down to the point. I'm debating on two heads which are:

#1) Stock P72 Head (No port, No resurface/milled)
w/Skunk 2 Dual Valve Springs & Ti-Retainers
and Skunk Pro 1 cams
or
#2) Built P72 Head w/the following:
Port & Polish w/3 angle Valve Job
OS ITR Valves
Portflow Dual Valve Spring & Ti-Retainers
& Stock GSR Cams

Set-Up:
B18C 81mm
9:1 CP
Nuekin Ramhorn Mani.
GT35R
Shooting for 420-450 Pump Gas 91 (Boost 11-14psi)

Note: **Must be Daily Driven**
Inputs needed.

If I had to choose I would use a stock port head with cams ...

Stock port heads will make well over 600WHP without issue ...

Pro 1's plus a decent compression ratio having motor will net you what your looking for . If I had to guesstimate , i'd say you'll be making around 420-440WHP @ 14lbs

I'd go with number two..

the headwork will be more beneficial than cams at that level.

I vote for #2 as its much easier to upgrade cams later down the road than to have send the head out for P&P.

True can just simply do that. Goal is shooting 4 the upper 430+HP that's why.
