Default putting a kit together

I'm looking to design a turbo system for my Accord for a budget of around $2000-3000. F22B1. I plan to tune with Hondata. I haven't had much luck finding a kit with a good turbo online for that so it looks like I'll be peicing together my own. Car is daily driven, will probably only be running like 8psi for the forseeable future. Need opinions and ideas where to get a good manifold, what size turbo I should run, etc. I would like it to spool at around 3-3500 rpm.

I will also be running a Bisi turbo cam and valve springs, but that isn't including in my budget for the kit itself. Thanks.
