Default Pullin off turbo.....NEED SOME HELP!

whats up guys? i am going to pull off my turbo probably this weekend, sell it and go bigger......but i have a few questions to ask....... 1st will a 94 gsr exhaust manifold fit on my LS in my crx??? i dont have the stock manifold anymore!! 2nd question i have to put in my 240 cc stock injectors....but i dremeled out my stock o rings for 450cc dsm injectors..... will the stocks still fit?? or will i have to go buy new ones (they are like 40$ for everything!)??? and last for my oil return line i need to block it off..... so could i use a rubber vacuum plug and just cap it off and put a hose clamp on it??? what would you guys suggest??? thanks a lot!! sorry for all the questions!

1. Yes the manifold will work.

2. They will more than likely leak fuel, go get new o-rings.

3. Buy a bolt that will fit the threads of the AN fitting in the pan, and plug it up like that.

take the pan off and plug the spout with some welding. i can picture exactly what yours looks like and welding would be the only way i could think of. won't take much, just a dab. plug both sides, inside the pan and out.

hopefully that helps

hey geoff...when i took my turbo off b/c of the bad seals, to plug up the oil pan tap i just ran the same size hose about half a foot away from the pan (it's sittin on the cross member, that way it wont get caught on anything or scrape) but it's a hose sitting on the cross member, plugged w/ a long bolt...and I cut off the threads, so that the bolt is basically a metal rod (you know how the long ones are like that, the thread is on the bottom), then just tightened it up w/ a hose clamp. my bolt is a lil too small so it leaks very little if in high rpms...but w/ the right bolt it shouldn't leak. you can also put some good ol' hondabond around the bolt head! that'll stop it if it leaks at all. -sean

im not going to weld it since im going to boost again just not until i get my new stuff.

thanks sean......... i bought some thick vacuum caps, same size as my return spout and i want to put that on with some gasket sealer and a hose clamp..... it should hold up!!

and the GSR manifold isnt too short???
and i am running 1 heat range colder plugs........will this effect my performance?? should i buy some new ones...and what should i get.

Remeber I'm only taking the turbo off and getting it rebuilt I'm not going back to stock or anything.... anyway I FINALLY got the turbo+mani out and just cut the coolant lines, theres enough left of them to hook back up to the barb fittings...

The feed line was a bitch but got it off after some time. The WORST part was the bolts from the turbo to mani... 1 in specific was 1/8" away from the god damn feed fitting.... so after dremeling a 17mm wrench we manage to finally complete the turbo removal, its 2:42am I smell like garage floor, coolant, and oil.... and my garage has pieces of my car EVERYWHERE.... **** it all I wrapped up the turbo, ready to ship tomorrow I'm taking a shower, eating, shitting, smoking a cig and going the **** to bed......
