Default pte 6262

im thinking bout buying a pte 6262 and was wondering how the spool was on a gsr and what rpm... i have a 35r right now but needs to be replaced and i didnt know rather to go with a new 35r or a 6262

what's wrong with the GT35R? If the turbine and cartridge are in good order there are alternatives

Spool time depends on a lot of small factors such as cams, manifold design, boost controller, etc. I have tuned several cars on 6262 turbos, anything from a dseries to an s2000.
