Some gauges read in kg/cm^2
1kg/cm^2 = 14.22psi

100 kpa is 1atmosphere or 0psi so 200kpa would be 14.7psi.

1 bar = 14.5037738 pounds per square inch
14.7 pounds per square inch = 101.352932 kilopascal

All of this brought to you by google's conversion feature. Why people are too lazy to hit up online conversion calcs is beyond me....

This thread just makes my head explode. You guys are on the god damn internet. 5 minutes with any decent search engine will result in correct answers. Don't base all of your information off what you read in some thread in honda-tech. God damn.

less than 100kpa is vacuum. 100kpa is 0psi and 200kpa is 14.7psi.

How about this, go find me 3 valid internet sources that show 100kpa = 1atm(aka atmospheric pressure) and then what you are saying is valid.

100kpa = 1000mbar = 1bar = 14.5037738psi.

If you want that in relation to atmospheric pressure(assuming we are at sea level of coarse) then
100kpa = 1000mbar =1bar = -0.192175psi = 0.986923267 atm = -0.391255851inHG

Neg, just a clear example of how easy it is to find certain information. Backed up with specific citations. It was not done out of anger, I was just trying to help him help himself next time.

according to my old science teacher 14.7432 psi does = 1bar exactly. I'm not sure where you guys get the 14.5 from, but I woudl trust my science teacher over anythign else when it comes to thus stuff. he has over 45year of science and teach. But I know him and you don;t so I can't ask you to trust him. If you call up greddy they will also tell you 14.7psi = 1 bar.

Lol!! What are you talking about?? Read a book. And who the hell did you talk to at Greddy?? They should be fired.............

Splitime was right.........You ARE nothing but a weener.

You are really 35?? Lemme guess, your science teacher also told you the world was flat, that the planets orbit the earth in concentric circles, that electrons orbit the nucleus of an atom in perfectly circular paths and that you will never be able to fill up that brand new 512MB hard drive you just purchased!!

BTW: I have a bit of beach front property in AZ if you're interested.

Sorry, just in one of those moods.
