Default 1.6 bar =???Psi

Well i have been helping my friend install a new turbo on his Sti, and we have a question. The Turbo came with two different springs. One spring is a 1.4 bar, and the other is a 1.6 bar (we think?) I know 1.4 is ~20 psi, but i dont know how much 1.6 is? Any help?

1.4=20.5psi

1.6=23.5psi

And for anything above that

.1=1.47psi

1 bar = 14.5037738 PSI @ sea level. Altitude will change this slightly. . . in some cases significantly.
