well, with:

-drag 3 kit
-stock headgasket
-tial wastegate
-N/A60mm N1
-no hondata
-hks evc 4
-rc 310's
-airtex inline fuel pump
-fmu (8:1 disc)
-V-afc
-clutchnet stage 2

i ran a 14.09@105.9mph with a shitty 2.59 60' (.45bar)
this was on my street tires 22psi
i spun all of first and second, finally hooked up half way in third

my second run i cut a 2.2 60' but i missed 3rd gear.

haven't been back at the track since.
plan to go back after i get a full 3" exhaust, slicks, and some more tuning when i get the Aem ems

... kinda off topic... but a guy i met claims that he ran a 13.6 with a jrsc'd stock gsr here in denver (5200ft)... it sounds kinda shady to me... i was wondering what everyone else thought... is this possible?... i asked him and he said that he was NOT spraying... i dunno... anyways...

Not possible. JRSC SI's w/ all bolt on's and fuel management etc. run low low 15's to high 14's here at Bandimere.
