Before/After results of headwork?

Anyone out there have before and after dyno results of headwork done on B series turbo engines? I know that guys have made 600hp on stock heads, I just want to see how much the headwork actually does.

you can do it with factory type R head but not really safely or GSR in fact. You will probably float valve at high rpm but it can be done.

I know with just springs and retainers it can be done easily.

so headwork isn't necessary if you're on a budget huh? just grab descent valvesprings and retainers and maybe some SS valves instead of porting the head?
