IN PROCESS OF TURBO REBUILD NEED HELP PLEASE
I am trying to remove the hot side compressor housing but am confused. The specs are T04E 50 A/R 63 trim
What are ways of removing the housing on the hot side. Do i need to hammer it off? Look at the seem in pics 1 and 2
or do i just need to simply unbolt it like in pic3?
I have tried researching but no luck on the turbo i have. Hope you wise guys can help!

Can you turn/clock the hot side?? It looks like it's all unbolted correctly, but it might be seized for some reason. If you can't twist it any, then you might have an issue like that and it would need to be persuaded off.

I had a turbo that did the same thing to me. It was an Chinese one, so I just used a rubber mallet. Took a little while, but it came off. No damage to the wheel either. GL

excuse my ignorance but what does persuadedoff mean?
I tried sticking an offset wrench into the hotside then hammering on the oher end of the offset(trying to force it to turn) no luck either.
IN the attached picture below can i just unbolt these bolts and get the internals out that way?

Sounds like you're going to have to hammer off the hot side. You need to hammer it away from the cold side. That thing must have got REALLY hot and fused itselt together, or there's so much buildup in there from carbon it's stuck.
Persuaded just means hammered. Kinda stupid slang term.
And if you manage to take off the cold side, you'll still have to unscrew the compressor wheel (probably reverse thread so don't mess that up) and knock the shaft out through the hot side. So you REALLY have to get the hot side off too.

Once u remove the compressor wheel u can take thos 4 bolts out to seperate the chra from the backing plate and reveal ur thrust bearing and collar which most term "oil seals"
