problems w/motor. what should i do??
here's my setup.
ge sleeved b16,weisco 84mm pistons, revhard 2c kit, hondata s200,p28,550 injectors,255 walbro pump,3 angle portflow head,95 gsr cams. i bought this motor pre built from ib. after the break in, i had it leak down and cr tested with poor results so i had the block rehoned and re did the rings. now after the second break in, it looks like i have one piston that is 20psi off from the others and has a leakdown of 12%. should i just re do the rings again with a fresh hone or will the piston to wall clearance be too much. will boring the block to 84.5 with new pistons be a problem on this block? i'd rather not buy new pistons but i will if i have to. i don't want to go through this again. what do you guys suggest and what should my piston to wall clearance be and ring gap.
