Default PROBLEMS PROBLEMS!! Please Help

Well.., I have a problem and I cant figure it out. So hopefully someone can shed some light on this for me. I have a built DART gsr block with a GT35R. A couple of weeks ago, I noticed oil in my radiator. A small amount of blue smoke will shoot out of the exhaust when the car is started cold. After about 2 minutes, no more smoke. But when u rev the car up, it shoots watery looking oil out of the exhaust for about 5 feet.
Pulled the valve cover, no sludge or signs of water. Drained the oil pan, same thing. So now I'm thinking that it's still a H/G problem, it just hasn't severely blown yet. I do a compression test and it checks out 187, 184, 186, 182. But plug number 1 had a little oil residue on it.
Then I started to tear the motor down to replace the headgasket, and I noticed the turbo had a major amount of oil in the air filter, charge pipes, and it has a significant amount of shaft freeplay. This turbo has 700 miles on it with a timer set to 3 minutes. Could this thing be blown already?
My question is, could there possibly be anyway the oil is getting in my radiator from the turbo? The bearing housing is water/oil cooled. But I just got off the phone with Mario at Full Race and he said that it's virtually impossible for the oil and water to mix since they are completely cast in different passages. He did say that the casting could be cracked, but he doesn't know of any past turbos that have done this. Would a blown H/G be pushing oil all the way back through the intake to the turbo to make it seem like the bearings are gone? What are your thoughts on what my problem might be? And what should I do/replace? Thanks.

Sounds like you have two problems.

Watery looking oil from exhaust is HG - maybe early stages since you do not see water mixing with oil in the head yet - just in the radiator.

Oil on air filter is turbo problem.

Does anyone know of any reputable shops that has a somewhat quick turnaround for rebuilding the turbo?

How old is the turbo? You do know they carry a limited warranty.

If I were you I would get a rebuild kit from around here and fix it yourself, I havent done it myself but I saw some topics outlining it and it doesn't seem too difficult. If anyone has done it before and wants to confirm this because I could be wrong.

The turbo was purchased in August of 2006. I didn't know the GT35R's has any kind of warranty. If so, that'd be awesome.

Im thinking it may only be the turbo, seeing as how they are oil and water cooled. you may want to replace the HG, timing belt and your water pump.
