Default Problems after turbo on LS

Heres my setup:

B18b
T3/T04e .63ar 57trim
V-Afc with DSM 450 hack

My first problem is the idle would stay steady (750rpm) for about 30 seconds then drop really low almost stalling then bounce back up to normal

Second problem is up top in the RPM at about 5k the car would start hesistating and make a poping noise like the popcorn.

V-afc settings are 1-2k @-37 3k-up @ -27

TIA

STOP!!!!!
you are detonating badley. add fuel up top. and as for the flucuating idle, ensure you are free from vaccum leaks.

thats kinda what i was thinking. damn it better take it up to the dyno.

As for the idle problem there is no vacuum leaks anywhere, i've checked everything. Could it be a basd IACV?

Also the DSM injectors don't have any of the caps on the ends....one broke off so i took all the others off...

I dont know about the caps, i still have all mine on. But yes it could be the IACV. My p75 did this and it drove me up the wall for about 4 months, fianlly i swaped ecu's and it stopped..

Semms like you have your v-afc adjusted really lean, set it to -35 from 3k+ and try that.

ok, heres the answer u have been looking for.....as soon as u state that your car is "popping" everyone thinks u r detonating and running to lean, blah,blah....I am running a b18b at anywhere from 9-12 psi....And I can tell u that your settings are waaaaaay to rich, not lean....I am suprised you are not throwing map codes with your fuel set in the 20s......Try these settings and get back to me... 1k -30/ 2k -35/3-7k -38..........How much boost r u running?????

DONT ADD ANY MORE FUEL!!!!!! P.S. safc/vafc are hands down the best fuel management for the money..It takes proper tuning for each car to run correctly....

Yeah just look at your fuel setup again, and im not a hack expert, but from what ive seen I think you actually running more for then the average hack user from 3k+. IVe always seen around -35 is what most run.

Just do it the right way and go get tuned, it shoudl be farily cheap, atleast cheaper than a rebuild
