Default problems after revhard installation

ok, 2000 integra gsr STOCK. Revhard stage 2 kit. (changed the return line hose to braided thanks to stan, changed the inline pump to an intank). After initial startup, car idled, but was choppy. After checking for leaks, started drivin to muffler shop to get the dp welded up to the rest of my stock exhaust minus the cat. Anytime i would let off the gas, the car would stall. Car is running extremely rich, tons of black smoke. It popped up with a CEL, so I try to read it, and all it does is Blink once and then stay constant forever. It doesnt repeat the code like it suppose to, it just stays constant. So what code is that? code 1? or code 10? Makes more sense code 1, primary o2 bad causing it to run extremely rich. Could there be any other reasons for the rich running? This kit is suppose to be bolton an go, it aint going.

Spark plugs changed to bkr7e and gapped to .035. Same problems as with stock plugs. I still have only hit boost once, I changed the plugs and tried boostin it, and i felt something go wrong so i started to pull over and when i came to a stop, white smoke emmitted from my hood. Opened it up and saw white smoke coming from the intake. Waited for a little bit, tryed to start it, it cranked and cranked ankd cranked. finally ater a few cranks it started, i took it back home going under 2500rpm but i could feel a sort of studder now that i didnt feel before. What could have happned?
Well thanks for the replies if any.

You hook up your FMU correctly?

Also, you should not be running the FMU without a HP inline
