i had my throttle settings set at lo 98% and hi 99%

throttle settings 98/99 as well, and low fuel map setting at -29.....The car idles smooth hot or cold....

Your running way to rich on idle -19 is extremely rich which try leaning fuel out some. Try -25 or so.

that a/f gauge dont read 2 correct you cant judge off that and you should set your fuel curve bout -28% across throttle 98/99%
