Default Hp difference between Tial 38mm,40mm, so on

Im am looking for 375-400 whp . Maybe you can correct me on how much i can look toward with my setup. Also would my delta wastegate hurt me?

83mm sleeved ls block
cp pistons 9:1
pauter rods
lighten flywheel
stock b16 head
hondata s200
injectors i sold but lookin towards (rc 750cc)
t3/t4 50 trim .60 ar
no name intercooler
i have delta wastegate right now
3" exhaust

what manfiold are you running on the car and what turbo are you planningto run.

the 40mm is no longer made so you either have the choice of 38mm or 44mm vband style or 46mm

its all depends on how much exhaust gas you need ti expel to keep a certain boost level

tial 38mm should be fine for your needs.

The 38 is plenty by far. If not, you can always upgrade to the turbonetics racegate which will handle alot more, and is not much more $$.

Tial 38mm all the way. It will support up 600 whp with the correct spring.
