Problem to shift, what would help please take a look...
Ok here is my situation and what I did.
Last winter I opened my tranny cuz I had a broken fork to replace. I inspected all the syncro, gear etc. I replaced the worn syncro even if they were in the spec since the tranny was alreday in my hands...
So when I want to shift while cruising all is fine... it really feels like a brand new tranny but when I want to shift under high load at higher RPM... it doesnt want to shift smoothly...
You know when you floor your 1st gear to around 7500-8000 and you do a nice power shift and you get your 2nd gear spin like the first gear was just doing... well I cant do this... I lose all the momentum while shifting cuz it looks like the 1st gear get stick you know... I have the same feeling while shifting from the 2ng gear to 3rd but its not as problematic.
I know that my tranny is A-1, I use a OEM shifter, Neuspeed shifter bushing ( I was running a Neuspeed short shifter but I removed it ), ACTION 2MS clutch and OEM flywheel.
My feeling is that my clutch and flywheel combo is just too heavy and carry too much inertia when I want to shift or my pressure plate get stick... When I was running my other setup with my other clutch kit I was able to shift very well but now its just so hard to shift. The Action pressure plate/disc is really beefy, heavier compare to my last clutch.
So do I change the flywheel for a lighter one or the problem is the pressure plate. Or I do not take a chance and I change all !
Thanks !
