Problem: maybe possible blown headgasket...Need your input.
update: pull the head off, * crossign my finger * that is the only problems
Good luck..
eventhough the head never came off ? I took the studs out, and at that point the weight of the head is the only pressure that held it to the block

Ill update for stan...,hope you dont mind stan..hehe he had more problems
He cracked his radiator, however, he didnt bitch to me tonight about the leaking problem, so i hope it was fixed by swapping out the head gasket. So if anyone in SO CALI has a used radiator, STAN WILL BUY IT.
But hey, you still have 6 days to fix the bugs, right?

Let us know how it turns out after you pull the head. I'm very confident that your loosening the studs killed your block to head seal. When retorquing bolts, you tighten them to the new torque, you never back them off and lose the seal. Replacing the headgasket will solve your problem. You said your headgasket was copper? cover it thoroughly with copper seal, add some honda bond around the water ports and install. let the engine warm up, then cool off again and make sure you have no leaks, then retorque the head again(but do not remove the nuts, just retorque them).
everything was done last night...car runs great, UNTIL, I punctured the radiator when putting AC fan back on....
I was more laughing on these crazy stuff that is happening...it seems so funny...but I am getting a radiator tmw...
other than that, gasket was very wet...the fact that the gasket was wet may have contributed a channel to get everything leak out...like someone mentioned above...
but I ran it for 30 minutes while filling the rad with water....and NO LEAKS...so for that I am happy...
I torqued the studs to 70 Ft/LB with ARP Moly Lube...I'll let it go to 10 cycles and re-torque it again...
thanks for the support guys..
