Default Problem with coolant

Hi, i´m wryting for a friend of me.

He has a problem with oil mixing with water, we open up his valve cover and it was full of white ****, we think it was something wrong with the head or with the headgasket, we trade both and put also some new ARP headbolts, we drove the car for two days and notice that the valve cover was full with the white **** again.
So where can be the problem?
The car was pulling hard, no lack of power.

He´s setup:

sleeved LS block with 84mm bore
CP pistons with 11:1 CR
Eagle rods
GSR head ported and polish
550cc injectors
Jackson racing kompressor with 9psi boost
DC 4 in 1 Header
fully 3" exhaust
Walbro 255LPH intank pump
Hondata S200 with boost
Bigger S-tube

EGTs are fine he has 850 c°
AFR 11.8

both under full throtle

He makes 280whp

you are talking about ace´s car, right?

i just remember a leak problem with his head in summer last year...
did you try a new head or is still the ported head from the man who looks like peter maffay mounted?
the fact with water in oil shows that no oil pressure line is affected.
water is fine? nothing wrong with the block?
it just could be that there is a crack between an water pipe and a non-pressurized oil range in the head.
you can test it with uv leak test when everything is clean in the head again.
just put some leak test in your coolant, demount the valve cover, start the engine and switch out the light.
if there is any leak in the head it is immediately visible when engine gets hot under uv light.

viel spass beim suchen.....

Water between thew cylinders is fine and in the radiator also.
The head is another one not the pp head from Mafay.

Here are some pics:

i only see two red x....

the oil and water lines are exactly aligned to each other (block to head)?
the sealing surfaces of head and block are also straightened?
it seems to me that something is wrong with the block. it´s very suspect that the same fault resurfaced with two different heads (installation mistakes excluded).
as the saying above only a non-pressurized oil range is affected with coolant.
this could be the bottom section of the sleeves for example.
that most of the cream is in the head is normal.
the oil gets warmer than 100°C, the water in the oil vaporizes, the steam goes up and condenses under the valve cover.
is there any other subassembly which is contact with oil and water?

did you inspect the first head gasket? did it appear blown?
how about the intake manifold? maybe the intake gasket or surface allows coolant to leak into the head...

isnt the crank case pressure capable of being greater then the coolant system? interesting to know there's nothing mixing in the coolant...

It could be the bottom end from the sleeves but if so why is the water around the sleeves ok?
No oil in it or something.
