Default Pretty sure head gasket is blown

I used an old oil pan to drain the coolant

so I'm not sure where the oil came from (pan, or coolent)...but there was oil in the coolent.

after I refilled with fresh water, and coolent...it was Perfect for a almost a week...now it overheats regularly again.

any thoughts?
