Default Precission Intercooler inlet and outlet size?

For the Precision 600 HP 31.5 X 8.0 X 3.5 intercooler, anyone know the size for the inlet and outlet or whatever you call it...endtank or what not... need to buy some intercooler piping. Thanks

Actually if it is p/n AS-1025 then it has 2.75" in/out. I have my dealer catalog right here in front of me.

That makes sense since the endtanks are cast. You would want to order 2.5" piping for that IC.

So I need 2.5" for one side and 2.75" for the other?

Nope, just 2.5" piping, and if you want to get it perfect you will want 2.75" to 2.5" silicone reducers to go from the intercooler to the piping. What those guys are saying is that the Inside Diameter of both the intercooler inlets & outlets are 2.5", but because the casting is so thick the Outer Diameter of both the inlets and outlets are 2.75"

just get 2.5"ID silicone connectors. they will be a little tight but they work fine. no need for the 2.75 - 2.5 transition.

I run DRAG IC piping and bought one 2.75-2.25" silicone reducer for the compressor side and one 2.75-2.5" for the charge side from ATP. DRAG's piping is 2.5" for the charge pipe and 2.25" for the condenser pipe. They fit perfectly and I would highly recommend you do this if you have this piping.
