Are these turbos water cooled? I looked at the Precision site and didnt see an answer. (granted I just took a quick glance at it)

is there any way to get one water cooled?

Sorry for what may be seen as a hijack, just trying to find the turbo I need and would like to have.

Better cooling less ferquent oil changes (not that I wouldnt step up oil changes once I am boosted). I supose you could say extra insurance for longer turbo life. Better cooling more efficent.

what is the spooling time difference compared to my t3|t04E? I'm about to buy another turbo for my b16a..I want more power but since a b16a has no torque, is the lag gonna kill me?

Have fun spooling it with 1.6 liters. Im gonna have a hard enough time trying it with 1.8L.
If you want a precision for your setup you should go with the sc44. Talk to Art, he will point you in the right direction.

SC63 is the new super duper pimp turbo from precision. Actually, its custom and was made specifically for SFP and MotorMatrix has one. They could probably make it for u but this turbo is geared for those who wanna make even more power then the SC61.</TD></TR></TABLE>

i have a sc63 also and it made 315 whp on 9psi just a base map i am going on the dyno today to put more boost to it..... 28 psi and a race motor= BIG NUMBERS

Don't forget you will have to weigh that against running higher colant temps with a water cooled turbo.

Turbine wheel = hot side or exhaust side. Where the downpipe would bolt up to.

T31 .82 AR .76 trim(stage 5 wheel)
T04B 60-1 compressor wheel in a 70AR compressor housing.

Art i just wondering if i get a t4 housing , can i get the tangential housing ( divided one ) ???
will the tangential housing reduce a noticeable lag compare to a normal high flow housing ?
thanks

You definatly want the tangential housing, but the divided doesnt make any difference if it is or not. I actually prefer undivided because no one has been able to prove to me divided works better.
