Tuned one on a pistons/rods 1.6 liter B16a a while back. Made 14lbs by 5800RPM if I am remembering correctly. When my new laptop charger comes in I will see if I still have the datalogs. Once it hit 14lbs 9200RPM (Rev Limit) came fast

500 on pump with a 1.6 liter is gonna be tough....may be able to do it with that turbo but you'll def do 400's

My b16 ist sleeved by Bensons and have a 84mm bore, is fully built with Pauter rods and CP pistons also, with 9:1 C/R, The head is ported and i also have a Edelbrock IM and a big bore TB. Exhaust is full 3". I think alls this parts will help to spoll up the turbo faster. I´m running 98 octane pump gas i think it schould be enough for 500+whp.

you'll def hit 500 on 93......nice setup...the only thing i woulda done differently was i woulda gone with a b18 block....the 1.6 liter is gonna have a decent effect on your spool up...but it is a honda and will prolly rev out to 8500 or 9000 so u should be fine.....good luck
