Why not call precision or a precision dealer.

 

2010 .pdf of the Precision catalog had some housing dimensional drawings I thought. I do not have a copy of it here at work to look at but you might see if you can find a copy online to check.

 

I have the turbo you are talking about, ill measure it. Its for sale too, if you want it, only dyno time on it

 

lol gotta buy my manifold first , precision only has drawings of the sp cover wich is around 7.6'' Total Diameter , this H cover looks around 8.6'' by sight , no one has a vernier caliper and a precision H cover ? lol

 

Precision H covers are GIGANTIC to use and 90% of the people on these forums don't use anything remotely close to that size.

The only other companies that truly use anything close to those sizes are Borg-Warner, and Turbonetics. Contacting Turbonetics would be good because they currently have drawings and specs for H covers that are available now.
